Rootcanal treatment

The endodontist deals with the treatment of the roots of the teeth. This may involve either live or already dead teeth. In the case of live teeth, treatment starts with devitalising of the tooth (i.e. killing of the nerve and blood vessel canals), and in the case of dead teeth, with the cleaning and disinfecting of infected root canals. Next, the prepared root canals are filled precisely and hermetically.

Root treatment is often one of the most difficult task for the dentist. The expert at our clinic determines the exact situation of the root apex by using an electrical root canal determining instrument. This contributes to the reduction of the radiation load of our patients. This process requires precision, precise instruments, and considerable time.
